Pad 2 battery life had been the same as the original iPad’s and Steve Jobs hadn’t wanted to give that up as he said that it had been tested out by many reviewers. And now the new iPad battery life has also been maintained on the original one that is of 10 hours.

The new iPad of Apple is thicker and heavier than the iPad 2 and that’s because it comes with a bigger and more powerful battery. However, in spite of the biggerbattery, the iPad 3 battery life has been kept the same as the Cupertino has increased the screen resolution up to almost four times and that requires much morecomputing power.
The latest iPad delivers the same 10 hour battery life as the iPad with 9 hours if you would be using LTE as LTE drains a lot of power. But, the battery capacity of the new iPad is 70 percent higher than for the iPad 2.
