iTunes producer 2.6.0 is all set to arrive with few exclusive features like alert tones supporting music with territories which can be customized according to the rights and prices. It is believed to have an improved user interface which will facilitate adding andediting translations.

As far as books are concerned, the features which are believed to be supported by new iTunes Producer is that users can order in advance by using pre – order start date. It is believed to have more languages than earlier.

• Now you can look up metadata using multiple Vendor IDs simultaneously
• For delivery issues, Send to Apple now supports entering notes
• For music, the following are now supported:
• Alert tones
• Customizable territory groupings for rights and pricing
• Improved user interface for adding and editing translations
• For books, the following are now supported:
• Target Audience, Pre-Order Start Date, and Series Display Number using the “New from file” feature
• Expanded language list
