Monday the 19th of March has been declared to be the day for Apple to host conference call to make the announcement regarding its plans about the $100 billion cash balance.

Apple CEO Tim Cook and Apple CFO Peter Oppenheimer are the ones to host the conference call. The main aim of the call is to talk about the Cupertino’s decision about its cash reserves and besides that nothing else is to be discussed.



The press has been provided with the following numbers to dial and get information: (877) 616-0063 (toll-free) or (719) 219-0041 along with the confirmation code – 592016. There have since long been speculations regarding Apple’s plans about managing its cash balance and dividends and that is to be cleared in the conference call.
The rebroadcast of the call will also be available starting from March 19th at 9 a.m. PDT/12:00 p.m. EDT through Monday, April 2 at 9:00 a.m. PDT/12:00 p.m. EDT. Also a live audio streaming will be provided by Apple through it’s QuickTime® multimedia software along with webcast at www.apple.com/quicktime/qtv/call31912.

According to Cook the Cupertino was keen on discussing about the uses of the cash reserve keeping in mind not to let it drain their finances.
