Developers have been working on the iOS 5.1 features since quite some time but there are still many such features that have not been brought to their notice as yet. And among those iOS 5.1 features is the Notes app. The app had long been limited to merely note-taking facility or plain text as you may call it but now according to recent reports it is very soon going to feature text that is underlined, font color changing facility, bulleted lists, links, etc.

iOS 5.1 release date
to be on 9th of this March has been a topic of discussion lately and so have the iOS 5.1 features where Siri is reported to go Japanese and talks about an introduction of a new slider kind of lockscreen that will provide easier and quicker access to the camera app. And now focus is on the Notes app which has been enhanced enough to offer much more than earlier in the iOS where it offered just writing, saving, and editing notes along with e-mail.
There are already quite a lot of advanced Notes apps out in the App Store and that too at a good price and with features that would give Apple’s Notes App a back seat. However, Apple probably won’t be that affected by the competition as it is working on including additional features like the much more attractive set of formattingoptions besides others. And of course, Apple is Apple and so is its app functionality.

So, it seems this March is going to be an important month for Apple with its iPad 3 release and iOS 5.1 fromoperator profile code uncovered in the latest beta release.
